Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (85/15 recommended)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoons steak sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cube beef bouillon
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened.
- Drain excess grease if needed.
- Add the water, steak sauce, soy sauce, beef bouillon, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir until well combined.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid has reduced and the flavors are blended.
- Spoon the loose meat mixture onto hamburger buns and serve warm with your favorite toppings.
