Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1 large mango, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Butter lettuce leaves, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, honey, salt, pepper, and cayenne until smooth.
- Add the chicken, mango, red bell pepper, celery, red onion, and cilantro to the bowl with the dressing.
- Toss everything together gently until well combined and evenly coated in the dressing.
- Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled, optionally over butter lettuce leaves.
