Mango Mastani is a rich and creamy Indian mango milkshake topped with ice cream, nuts, and colorful tutti frutti. This indulgent drink is perfect for summer and comes together in just minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 Mango (alphonso)
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ tbsp Sugar
- 1 scoop Ice cream (vanilla / mango)
- 1 tbsp Chopped nuts
- 1 tbsp Tutti frutti
- Few raisins
Instructions
- Slice the sides of the mango and scoop the pulp into a mixer jar. Add sugar.
- Add milk and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into serving glasses.
- Top each glass with a scoop of ice cream and garnish generously with chopped nuts, tutti frutti, and raisins. Serve immediately.

- Use chilled milk and mango for a thicker, refreshing texture.
- Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of the mango.
