Description

Mango Mastani is a rich and creamy Indian mango milkshake topped with ice cream, nuts, and colorful tutti frutti. This indulgent drink is perfect for summer and comes together in just minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 Mango (alphonso)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ tbsp Sugar
  • 1 scoop Ice cream (vanilla / mango)
  • 1 tbsp Chopped nuts
  • 1 tbsp Tutti frutti
  • Few raisins

Instructions

  1. Slice the sides of the mango and scoop the pulp into a mixer jar. Add sugar.
  2. Add milk and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into serving glasses.
  3. Top each glass with a scoop of ice cream and garnish generously with chopped nuts, tutti frutti, and raisins. Serve immediately.
