Description

A creamy and refreshing mango smoothie made with just a few simple ingredients, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. Easily adaptable into frozen popsicles for a fun treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk (or almond milk or water)
  • 1/3 cup ice
  • 1 scoop collagen or protein powder
  • 1/3 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Add mango chunks, pineapple chunks, coconut milk, ice, and collagen or protein powder to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy. Add more coconut milk or water if needed to adjust consistency.
  3. Pour into glasses and top with granola if desired.
  4. For popsicles, prepare the smoothie as above and pour into 6 small cups.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid.
  6. Remove the cups and enjoy the frozen mango popsicles.

Notes

  • Use frozen fruit for a thicker, colder smoothie without needing extra ice.
  • Swap coconut milk with almond milk or water for a lighter version.
  • Granola can be omitted or replaced with nuts or seeds.
  • Store leftover smoothie in the fridge for up to 1 day.
  • Popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
