Ingredients
- 2 cups mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk (or almond milk or water)
- 1/3 cup ice
- 1 scoop collagen or protein powder
- 1/3 cup granola
Instructions
- Add mango chunks, pineapple chunks, coconut milk, ice, and collagen or protein powder to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy. Add more coconut milk or water if needed to adjust consistency.
- Pour into glasses and top with granola if desired.
- For popsicles, prepare the smoothie as above and pour into 6 small cups.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid.
- Remove the cups and enjoy the frozen mango popsicles.
Notes
- Use frozen fruit for a thicker, colder smoothie without needing extra ice.
- Swap coconut milk with almond milk or water for a lighter version.
- Granola can be omitted or replaced with nuts or seeds.
