Description

A unique and flavorful white pizza topped with banana peppers, perfect for a quick and tasty dinner. This recipe skips traditional tomato sauce in favor of a creamy base and a tangy pepper kick.

Ingredients

  • 1 premade pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup banana peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cooked chicken, shredded (optional)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place the premade pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Spread ranch dressing evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the dressing.
  5. Add banana peppers over the cheese. Add cooked chicken and green onions if using.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • You can customize with different toppings like olives or mushrooms.
  • Use a homemade crust if preferred.
  • Try adding crushed red pepper for a spicy kick.
