Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 eggs
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
