Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 to 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, coriander, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place chicken breasts in a zip-top bag or bowl and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for 2–4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for about 6–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While the chicken cooks, prepare the dill yogurt sauce by combining Greek yogurt, minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
- Let the grilled chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the chicken with a generous spoonful of the dill yogurt sauce on top or on the side.

- Marinate the chicken for longer for more flavor.
- The yogurt sauce can be made a day ahead for convenience.
