Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces tequila (silver or reposado)
- 1/2 ounce orange liqueur (like Cointreau or Triple Sec)
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce orange juice
- 1/2 ounce olive brine (from jarred green olives)
- Splash of lemon-lime soda (like Sprite or 7UP)
- Salt for rimming the glass (optional)
- Ice
- Green olives and lime wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Rim the edge of a martini glass with salt (optional) and set aside.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, orange juice, and olive brine to the shaker.
- Shake well for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into the prepared martini glass.
