Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter, softened
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/3 cup oats
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon water
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup, honey, or sugar (optional)

- Almond butter or sunflower seed butter can be substituted for peanut butter.
- Flour may be used instead of protein powder for a more traditional crumble texture.
- Fresh berries can be used in place of frozen berries.
- Microwave times may vary depending on wattage.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
