Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  3. Microwave the mixture for 1 minute, then stir well.
  4. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.
  7. Once firm, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
