Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1/4 cup maraschino cherries, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until well combined and creamy.
- Fold in the thawed whipped topping until evenly incorporated.
- Stir in the drained crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, chopped pecans, and chopped maraschino cherries.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust, spreading it out evenly.
- Garnish with extra maraschino cherries if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set (preferably overnight).
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- You can make your own graham cracker crust if preferred.
- For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and light whipped topping.
