Description

These mini pizzas are quick, customizable, and perfect for snacks, parties, or easy weeknight dinners. Crisp mini crusts are topped with sauce, cheese, and favorite toppings, then baked until bubbly and golden.


Ingredients

  • 6 mini pizza crusts or English muffin halves
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the mini pizza crusts on the baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each crust.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, olives, and bell peppers.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the pizzas.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil if desired, and serve warm.
