Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- Food coloring (blue, purple, pink, black)
- Edible glitter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of the pan to form the crust. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in sour cream until well combined.
- Divide batter into separate bowls and add desired food coloring to each.
- Spoon colored batters into the crust alternately, swirling gently with a knife or skewer to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is almost set. Turn off oven and let cheesecake sit inside with door slightly open for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, sprinkle edible glitter on top for a galaxy-like shimmer.
Notes
- Use gel food coloring for more vibrant colors without altering the batter consistency.
- Chill the cheesecake overnight for best texture and flavor.
- Decorate with additional edible stars or shimmer dust for extra sparkle.
