Description

This Ninja Creami Raspberry Sorbet is a refreshing, naturally dairy-free dessert made with sweet raspberries, sugar, and a splash of lemon juice. It’s smooth, vibrant, and perfectly tangy—an easy homemade frozen treat for warm days.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine raspberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds (optional for smoother texture).
  3. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring it does not exceed the max fill line.
  4. Freeze on a level surface for at least 24 hours until completely solid.
  5. Insert the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami and process using the “Sorbet” function.
  6. If crumbly after the first spin, use the “Re-Spin” function once or twice until smooth and creamy.
  7. Scoop and serve immediately.
