Description

Deliciously fudgy and effortless, these No-Bake Brownie Bites whisk together in minutes—no oven required. Perfectly sweet, chocolatey morsels made from just three wholesome ingredients!

Ingredients

1 cup almond butter

½ cup maple syrup

⅔ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Optional add-ins: mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a plate or tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, maple syrup, and cocoa powder until smooth. If you’re adding chocolate chips, fold them in now.
  3. Use wet hands or a cookie scoop to roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  4. Arrange on the lined plate and refrigerate or freeze until firm (about 15–20 minutes in fridge).

Notes

  1. For a nut-free option, swap almond butter with peanut butter or sunflower seed butter.
  2. For added texture, fold in chopped nuts, chia seeds, or mini chocolate chips.
  3. Dip frozen bites in melted dark chocolate and chill for an extra treat.
  4. Sprinkle a little sea salt on top for a sweet-salty twist.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
