Description

These No-Bake Cookie Butter Blossoms are a quick, no-oven-required twist on the classic peanut butter blossoms, made with rich, spiced cookie butter and topped with a chocolate kiss.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cookie butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (as needed for dough consistency)
  • 24 chocolate kisses

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the cookie butter and unsalted butter together until smooth.
  2. Stir in the brown sugar and granulated sugar, mixing until fully dissolved and glossy.
  3. Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract and salt. Stir to combine.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then gradually mix in the powdered sugar until a thick, pliable dough forms.
  5. Scoop and roll the dough into 1-inch balls, placing them on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each ball gently.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes until firm.
  8. Serve chilled or let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before enjoying.
