Description

Ingredients

  • 400g crushed biscuits (like digestive or graham crackers)
  • 240g unsalted butter, melted
  • 300g sweetened condensed milk
  • 150g colorful sprinkles
  • 5g vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crushed biscuits with the melted butter.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, mixing well until fully incorporated.
  3. Stir in 100g of the colorful sprinkles, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish and smooth the top with a spoon or spatula.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining 50g of sprinkles evenly over the top.
  6. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until firm and set.
  7. Once set, slice into 12 squares or bars and serve.

Notes

  • For easier slicing, let the slice sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before cutting.
