Ingredients
- 400g crushed biscuits (like digestive or graham crackers)
- 240g unsalted butter, melted
- 300g sweetened condensed milk
- 150g colorful sprinkles
- 5g vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed biscuits with the melted butter.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, mixing well until fully incorporated.
- Stir in 100g of the colorful sprinkles, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish and smooth the top with a spoon or spatula.
- Sprinkle the remaining 50g of sprinkles evenly over the top.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until firm and set.
- Once set, slice into 12 squares or bars and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- For easier slicing, let the slice sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before cutting.
- You can substitute digestive biscuits with graham crackers or Marie biscuits.
- Line the pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
