Ingredients
- 150 g digestive biscuits
- 60 g melted unsalted butter
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 250 ml heavy cream (cold)

- 4 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread (e.g., Nutella)
- 8 Ferrero Rocher chocolates (plus more for garnish)
- 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts (optional, for garnish)
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- Mix the biscuit crumbs with the melted butter until fully combined.
- Press the mixture into the base of serving glasses or a dish to form a crust layer. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Add the chocolate hazelnut spread to the mascarpone mixture and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone-chocolate mixture until fully incorporated.
- Roughly chop the Ferrero Rocher chocolates and fold them into the filling mixture.
- Spoon the filling over the chilled biscuit base, smoothing the tops with a spatula or spoon.
- Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with chopped hazelnuts, Ferrero Rocher halves, and chocolate shavings or cocoa powder if desired.
