Ingredients
1 graham cracker crust
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping
1/2 cup shredded coconut, toasted
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Instructions
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chopped semi-sweet chocolate. Stir constantly until the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Set aside to cool.
 - In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and continue to mix until fully combined.
 - Fold the cooled chocolate mixture into the cream cheese mixture, blending until smooth.
 - Gently fold in the whipped topping, making sure it’s fully incorporated.
 - Add the toasted coconut and pecans, and stir gently to combine.
 - Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
 - Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the pie to set properly.
 - Garnish with additional toasted coconut and pecans if desired before serving.
