Description

These No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Bars are a creamy, rich dessert with an Oreo cookie crust, perfect for Oreo lovers. They require no oven time, making them easy to prepare for any occasion.

Ingredients

24 Oreo cookies (crushed)

5 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

16 oz cream cheese (softened)

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups heavy cream (whipped to stiff peaks)

6 Oreo cookies (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, crush the 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter until fully combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  2. Make the filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until combined. Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Assemble the cheesecake bars: Spread the cheesecake filling over the chilled Oreo crust, smoothing it out evenly. Crush the 6 extra Oreo cookies and sprinkle them on top as a garnish. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight to set.
  4. Serve: Once set, cut into bars and serve chilled. Enjoy!

Notes

  1. Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
