Description

These no-bake protein cheesecake cups are creamy, lightly sweet, and packed with protein. They come together in minutes for a quick, healthy dessert or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek yogurt (227 grams)
  • 1/2 cup 1/3 less fat cream cheese (112 grams)
  • 1/2 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt (113 grams)
  • 1 scoop Dymatize Elite Vanilla Casein Protein Powder (33 grams)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add the vanilla Greek yogurt, cream cheese, plain Greek yogurt, casein protein powder, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl.
  2. Blend with a hand mixer until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  3. Divide evenly into 4 cups and chill briefly if desired. Serve with crushed graham crackers and fruit compote if desired.
