Ingredients
- 1 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek yogurt (227 grams)
- 1/2 cup 1/3 less fat cream cheese (112 grams)
- 1/2 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt (113 grams)
- 1 scoop Dymatize Elite Vanilla Casein Protein Powder (33 grams)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add the vanilla Greek yogurt, cream cheese, plain Greek yogurt, casein protein powder, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl.
- Blend with a hand mixer until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Divide evenly into 4 cups and chill briefly if desired. Serve with crushed graham crackers and fruit compote if desired.

- For extra texture, sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top before serving.
