Description

A creamy, flavorful One Pot Chicken Alfredo Pasta that comes together quickly in a single pan. Tender chicken, pasta, and a rich Alfredo sauce make this an easy, comforting weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 500g (1 lb) chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 300g (10 oz) uncooked penne pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk (preferably full fat)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and just cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add uncooked pasta, chicken broth, milk, and cream. Stir and bring to a simmer.
  4. Reduce heat and cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is just cooked and liquid has reduced into a creamy sauce.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan and add parmesan. Stir until melted and combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve garnished with parsley.
