- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 400 g canned crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup cream
- 250 g uncooked pasta
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.

Notes
- You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
- Use any short pasta like penne, fusilli, or macaroni.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Add a splash of broth when reheating to loosen the sauce.
