Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef, onion, and green bell pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and vegetables are tender.
- Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mix the cooked macaroni into the skillet with the beef mixture.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
