Description
This Orange Creamsicle Fudge combines the nostalgic flavor of orange creamsicles with the creamy texture of fudge for a sweet, citrusy treat perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (3-ounce) package orange gelatin
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- Orange food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and divide the mixture into two equal portions.
- To one portion, add the orange gelatin and orange extract. Stir until fully combined. Add a few drops of orange food coloring if desired, and mix until evenly colored.
- Pour the white portion of the fudge into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Spoon the orange portion over the white layer and use a knife or skewer to swirl the two layers together slightly for a marbled effect.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Cut into small squares and serve.
Notes
- You can omit the orange food coloring if you prefer a more natural look.
- Make sure to stir constantly to prevent the chocolate from burning.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
