Description

This Orange Creamsicle Fudge combines the nostalgic flavor of orange creamsicles with the creamy texture of fudge for a sweet, citrusy treat perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (3-ounce) package orange gelatin
  • 1 teaspoon orange extract
  • Orange food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and divide the mixture into two equal portions.
  4. To one portion, add the orange gelatin and orange extract. Stir until fully combined. Add a few drops of orange food coloring if desired, and mix until evenly colored.
  5. Pour the white portion of the fudge into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Spoon the orange portion over the white layer and use a knife or skewer to swirl the two layers together slightly for a marbled effect.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Cut into small squares and serve.
