A light, fruity, and refreshing drink made with fresh orange and strawberry juices, perfect for summer days or as a non-alcoholic party beverage.
Ingredients
- 250g fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 500ml freshly squeezed orange juice (about 6 oranges)
- 1 tbsp Tate & Lyle Golden Caster Sugar
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the strawberries and sugar into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry purée through a fine sieve into a jug to remove the seeds.
- Add the orange juice to the jug and stir well to combine.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice cubes in glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- You can adjust the sugar depending on the sweetness of the fruit.
- For an extra chill, freeze some of the refresher in ice cube trays and use those instead of regular ice cubes.
