Ingredients
1 package (16.6 oz) Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated with butter.
- Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add the sour cream and heavy cream, continuing to mix until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo crust in the baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set and slightly firm.
- Let the bars cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully chilled.
- Once chilled, cut into squares and serve.
