Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a roasting pan, combine the sliced potatoes and onion quarters. Drizzle with canola and olive oils.
- Add garlic, onion soup mix, rosemary, and black pepper. Stir everything together to coat evenly.
- Cover the pan with foil and roast for 25 minutes.
