Description

These soft and fluffy parmesan bread bites are brushed with garlic butter and topped with parmesan cheese, perfect as a snack or appetizer and made easily with store-bought pizza dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 (13.8 oz) can of refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into 1-inch squares using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
  3. Place the dough pieces on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  5. While baking, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl.
  6. Remove the bread bites from the oven and immediately brush them with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese generously over the warm bread bites.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm with marinara or dipping sauce.
