Description
These soft and fluffy parmesan bread bites are brushed with garlic butter and topped with parmesan cheese, perfect as a snack or appetizer and made easily with store-bought pizza dough.
Ingredients
- 1 (13.8 oz) can of refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into 1-inch squares using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
- Place the dough pieces on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- While baking, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl.
- Remove the bread bites from the oven and immediately brush them with the garlic butter mixture.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese generously over the warm bread bites.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm with marinara or dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use homemade pizza dough if preferred.
- Best served fresh, but can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
