Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness if necessary.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- In another shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat it in the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer seared chicken to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- You can use freshly grated Parmesan for extra flavor.
