- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (5% fat)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
Instructions
- Add half of the frozen peaches, Greek yogurt, honey, cornstarch, and ground cardamom to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add the remaining peaches and pulse a few times until the peaches are broken down into large chunks.

- Freeze for at least 5 hours or until completely firm.
- To remove the popsicles, run the molds briefly under warm water and gently slide the popsicles out before serving.
Notes

- Adjust the honey based on the sweetness of the peaches.
- Cardamom adds a warm floral flavor but can be omitted if preferred.
- Store popsicles in the freezer for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.
