Description

These Peach Yogurt Popsicles are creamy, refreshing, and naturally sweetened with honey. Made with juicy peaches and Greek yogurt, they are the perfect frozen treat for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen sliced peaches
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (5% fat)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

Instructions

  1. Add half of the frozen peaches, Greek yogurt, honey, cornstarch, and ground cardamom to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the remaining peaches and pulse a few times until the peaches are broken down into large chunks.
  3. Spoon the mixture evenly into popsicle molds. Cover and insert popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze for at least 5 hours or until completely firm.
  5. To remove the popsicles, run the molds briefly under warm water and gently slide the popsicles out before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe fresh peaches instead of frozen when in season.
  • Adjust the honey based on the sweetness of the peaches.
  • Cardamom adds a warm floral flavor but can be omitted if preferred.
  • Store popsicles in the freezer for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.
