Description
A refreshing and easy summer dessert made with layers of whipped topping, graham crackers, and a delicious mixture of peaches and blueberries. Perfect for gatherings or a light sweet treat.
Ingredients
- 1 tub Cool Whip (8 ounces)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 ounces)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 peaches, peeled and diced
- 1 cup blueberries
- Graham crackers (about 1 sleeve)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
- Gently fold in the diced peaches and blueberries.
- In a 9×9-inch baking dish, layer the bottom with graham crackers, breaking them if necessary to fit.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the graham crackers.
- Repeat with another layer of graham crackers and then the remaining cream mixture.
- Top with additional peaches or blueberries if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the layers to set.
Notes
- Best served chilled after a few hours in the fridge.
- Use ripe, fresh peaches for the best flavor.
- You can substitute frozen fruit if fresh is not available, just thaw and drain first.
