Description

A refreshing and easy summer dessert made with layers of whipped topping, graham crackers, and a delicious mixture of peaches and blueberries. Perfect for gatherings or a light sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 tub Cool Whip (8 ounces)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 ounces)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Graham crackers (about 1 sleeve)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the diced peaches and blueberries.
  4. In a 9×9-inch baking dish, layer the bottom with graham crackers, breaking them if necessary to fit.
  5. Spread half of the cream mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers and then the remaining cream mixture.
  7. Top with additional peaches or blueberries if desired.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the layers to set.

Notes

  • Best served chilled after a few hours in the fridge.
  • Use ripe, fresh peaches for the best flavor.
  • You can substitute frozen fruit if fresh is not available, just thaw and drain first.
