Ingredients
- 1–2 apples, sliced into rounds and cored
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup peanut butter

Instructions
- Wash and slice the apples into rounds about 1/4 inch thick. Remove the core from each slice.
- Spread peanut butter on one side of an apple slice.
- Sprinkle granola over the peanut butter.
- Add mini chocolate chips if using.
- Top with another apple slice to make a sandwich.
- Repeat with remaining apple slices and enjoy immediately.
