Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in the oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is set and lightly golden.
