Ingredients
- 2 frozen whole-grain waffles
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Toast the frozen waffles according to the package instructions until golden and crisp.
- Spread peanut butter evenly over one side of each toasted waffle.
- In a small bowl, gently mix the berries with the honey.
- Spread the Greek yogurt over one peanut-butter-coated waffle.
- Spoon the berry mixture on top of the yogurt layer.
- Place the second waffle on top with the peanut butter side facing down to form a sandwich.
- Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- Swap Greek yogurt with dairy-free yogurt to make it dairy-free.
- Use almond or cashew butter instead of peanut butter if preferred.
- Frozen berries can be used if fresh berries are unavailable.
- Drizzle extra honey or maple syrup on top for added sweetness.
