Description

This no-bake Peanut Butter Fritos Candy is a sweet and salty treat made with crunchy Fritos, creamy peanut butter, and a sugary caramel drizzle. Perfect for parties or quick snacks, it’s incredibly easy to make and requires minimal ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Fritos corn chips
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Spread the Fritos evenly in the dish.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and corn syrup. Stir constantly until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour the peanut butter mixture evenly over the Fritos, making sure all chips are coated.
  5. Allow the candy to cool and set at room temperature, then break into pieces and serve.

Notes

  • Use crunchy or twisted Fritos for more texture.
  • Let the candy set completely before cutting or breaking into pieces.
  • You can drizzle melted chocolate on top for an extra layer of flavor.
