Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box confectioners’ sugar (approximately 16 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter

Instructions

  1. In a large microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine the confectioners’ sugar, butter, and milk.
  2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Remove and beat the mixture with a hand mixer until smooth.
  3. Return to the microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in the peanut butter and mix by hand or with a mixer until well combined.
  5. Spread the fudge mixture evenly into a foil-lined 8×8-inch pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Allow to cool at room temperature until set.
  7. Once firm, cut into squares and serve.
