Ingredients
- 1 box confectioners’ sugar (approximately 16 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
Instructions
- In a large microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine the confectioners’ sugar, butter, and milk.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Remove and beat the mixture with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Return to the microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
- Stir in the peanut butter and mix by hand or with a mixer until well combined.
- Spread the fudge mixture evenly into a foil-lined 8×8-inch pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Allow to cool at room temperature until set.
- Once firm, cut into squares and serve.
