Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, sugar, and milk. Stir occasionally and bring to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, let it cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  3. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract to the saucepan. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine quick oats, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.
