Ingredients
- 2 cups finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (for crust)

- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
- 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter until evenly coated.
- Press mixture firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of a deep-dish pie pan.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden and fragrant. Cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until light and fully incorporated.
- Fold in toasted pecans.
- Spread filling evenly into the cooled crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- Slice while cold using a warm, dry knife for clean cuts and serve.
