- 4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- 4 black tea bags
- 2 more cups water (for after steeping)
- Ice for serving
- Fresh peach slices and mint (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

- Use a spoon to mash the peaches and release their flavor. Remove from heat.
- Add the tea bags and steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on desired strength.
- Remove tea bags and strain the mixture into a pitcher using a fine mesh strainer to remove solids. Press to extract all liquid.
- Add 2 more cups of cold water to the pitcher and stir. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Refrigerate until chilled, then serve over ice with optional peach slices and mint.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Use green or herbal tea as a variation.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 1 week.
