Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Mix in the baking powder and gradually add the flour, one cup at a time, until fully incorporated. The dough will be stiff.
