Description

A creamy, tropical delight layered with graham cracker crust, sweet pineapple, and fluffy Cool Whip—perfect for any gathering!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for crust)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well, then press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together the softened butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust in the baking dish.
  4. Evenly layer the drained crushed pineapple on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Gently spread the Cool Whip over the pineapple layer, smoothing it out to cover completely.
  6. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  7. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Ensure the crushed pineapple is well-drained to prevent a soggy dessert.
  • Chilling overnight can help the layers set better for cleaner slices.
  • You can use light Cool Whip for a lower-calorie version.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
