Description

A pineapple smoothie is a refreshing, tropical drink that’s easy to make and bursting with sweet, tangy flavor. Perfect for breakfast, post-workout, or a sunny-day snack.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of choice)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt (optional)
  • ½ to 1 cup ice cubes (if using fresh pineapple)
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. If using fresh pineapple, peel, core, and chop it into chunks.
  2. Add pineapple, banana, coconut milk, and yogurt (if using) into a blender.
  3. Add ice if you’re using fresh pineapple.
  4. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired for sweetness.
  6. Add lime juice if you’d like a zesty twist.
  7. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use frozen pineapple or banana for a thicker, colder smoothie.
  • Add protein powder or nut butter to make it more filling.
  • Skip sweeteners for a naturally sweet smoothie.
  • Add spinach or kale for a green smoothie boost.
  • Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
