Description

Pizza Bagel Bites are a quick and satisfying snack featuring mini bagels topped with pizza sauce, melted cheese, and customizable toppings. They’re perfect for kids, parties, or make-ahead snacks.


Ingredients

  • 6 mini bagels (plain or flavored), halved
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni or sliced regular pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for brushing)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried oregano
  • Optional toppings: sliced olives, diced bell peppers, mushrooms, cooked sausage, etc.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice each mini bagel in half and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Lightly brush the bagel halves with olive oil if desired for extra crispiness.
  4. Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce onto each half, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  6. Add pepperoni or your favorite toppings.
  7. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning or dried oregano for extra flavor.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are slightly crispy.
  9. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
