Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) tube of pre-cooked polenta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • Cooking spray
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, or your favorite dipping sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Cut the polenta into fry-shaped sticks, about 3-4 inches long and 1/2 inch thick.
