Ingredients
- 1 (17.5 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
- Unfold the thawed puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
- Arrange slices of prosciutto evenly over each sheet of pastry.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the prosciutto.
- Roll up each sheet tightly into a log, starting from one long edge.
- Cut each log into 1/2 inch thick slices and place cut side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- For easier slicing, chill the rolled pastry logs for 15–20 minutes before cutting.
- You can substitute prosciutto with ham or salami if desired.
- These pinwheels can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
