These Protein Ice Cube Tray Frozen Yogurt Bites are an easy, healthy, and protein-packed snack perfect for kids and adults. Made with Greek yogurt, protein powder, and fruit, they’re fun to make and great for on-the-go treats.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or flavor of choice)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1/2 cup chopped fruit (e.g. strawberries, blueberries, mango)
- Sprinkles or granola for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, and sweetener (if using). Stir until well mixed.
- Gently fold in the chopped fruit.
- Spoon the mixture into an ice cube tray, filling each compartment.
- Top with sprinkles or granola if desired.
- Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2–3 hours or until fully frozen.
- Once frozen, pop out the bites and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- You can use flavored yogurt for added sweetness without extra sugar.
- Try different fruits and toppings to keep things fun and interesting.
- Silicone ice cube trays work best for easy removal.
