Description

These Protein Ice Cube Tray Frozen Yogurt Bites are an easy, healthy, and protein-packed snack perfect for kids and adults. Made with Greek yogurt, protein powder, and fruit, they’re fun to make and great for on-the-go treats.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or flavor of choice)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup chopped fruit (e.g. strawberries, blueberries, mango)
  • Sprinkles or granola for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, and sweetener (if using). Stir until well mixed.
  2. Gently fold in the chopped fruit.
  3. Spoon the mixture into an ice cube tray, filling each compartment.
  4. Top with sprinkles or granola if desired.
  5. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2–3 hours or until fully frozen.
  6. Once frozen, pop out the bites and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • You can use flavored yogurt for added sweetness without extra sugar.
