Description
A tangy and refreshing Indian-style mocktail made with Pulse Kachcha Aam candies, mint, lemon, and fizzy club soda. Perfect for a quick summer cooler with a spicy twist.
Ingredients
- 6–8 Pulse Kachcha Aam candies
- 1 tsp amchoor powder
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 5–6 mint leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Ice cubes (as required)
- Lemon slices (as required)
- Club soda (as required)
Instructions
- Grind the Pulse Kachcha Aam candies into a fine powder.
- Rub lemon juice along the rim of the serving glass.
- Dip the rim into a mixture of amchoor powder and red chilli powder to coat evenly.
- Add mint leaves and lemon juice to the glass and gently muddle to release the flavors.
- Add 2 tablespoons of the prepared candy powder, ice cubes, lemon slices, and club soda. Stir well to combine.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh mint leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of candy powder based on desired sweetness and tanginess.
- For extra spice, add a pinch more red chilli powder.
- Serve immediately to retain the fizz of the club soda.
- You can strain the drink if you prefer a smoother texture.
