Description

This homemade Irish-style coffee creamer is a rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet addition to your daily coffee. Made with simple pantry ingredients and non-alcoholic Irish cream syrup, it’s family-friendly, budget-friendly, and ready in about 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup non-alcoholic Irish cream syrup or flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional, for extra richness)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the milk and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture is hot but not boiling.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow it to cool slightly for a few minutes.
  4. Stir in the non-alcoholic Irish cream syrup and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  5. If using heavy cream for extra richness, stir it in at this stage.
  6. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  7. Pour the creamer into a clean glass jar or airtight container.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to use. Shake well before each use.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10–14 days.
  • Shake well before each use, as natural separation may occur.
  • Do not allow the mixture to boil while heating.
  • For extra sweetness, add 1–2 additional tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk.
  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut milk or almond milk with a dairy-free condensed milk alternative.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg while heating for a spiced variation.
  • Stir in 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup for a mocha version or caramel syrup for a caramel twist.
