Ready in under 30 minutes, it’s loaded with juicy chicken, fresh vegetables, and ramen noodles tossed in a savory, slightly sweet stir fry sauce. Ingredients

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning)

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (thinly sliced)

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)

  • 1 carrot (julienned)

  • 3 green onions (chopped)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)

For the Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)


Instructions

  • Cook ramen noodles according to package directions (without seasoning), drain, and set aside.

  • Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  • Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, sauté garlic, ginger, and vegetables (broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot) for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.

  • Return chicken to the pan, add cooked noodles, and pour in the stir fry sauce.

  • Toss everything together and stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats all ingredients.

  • Garnish with green onions and serve hot!

Notes

  • You can swap chicken for tofu, shrimp, or beef.

  • Add chili flakes or Sriracha for extra heat.
