2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning)

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (thinly sliced)

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 cup broccoli florets

1 red bell pepper (sliced)

1 carrot (julienned)

3 green onions (chopped)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
For the Sauce:

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/4 cup water

1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions

Cook ramen noodles according to package directions (without seasoning), drain, and set aside.

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté garlic, ginger, and vegetables (broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot) for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.

Return chicken to the pan, add cooked noodles, and pour in the stir fry sauce.
